If you are lazy you can just show up 9-5, micro-manage your timesheets, say yes all day, and take the not so substantial paycheck.

Cons

All of the above and more, this organisation has continually gone down the pan in a gradual downward cycle, they throw their best assets (people with high moral standards) under the bus on a regular basis all in the aggressive pursuit of $$$$'s. Their focus on buying excellence then destroying it will catch them in the end.

I had high hopes for this engineering company, but my experience revealed significant shortcomings in management. Despite being a technically-focused organization, there's a clear lack of appreciation for skilled technical personnel. The decision to appoint a team leader without any mechanical background has led to a toxic environment. This individual has resorted to bullying to assert authority, which has demoralized the team. Promoting the wrong people ultimately undermines the entire organization. I hope they reconsider their management strategies to foster a more respectful and supportive workplace

Good starter job for university graduates. Use this job to get a better job and company in the future.

Cons

Management is does not care about employees. Especially managers manipulate conversations and the management is blind to it and believes them without ever knowing the ground reality. Company is run by a bunch of people who are racist and passive aggressive.
