Big organisation, good projects, and brilliant colleagues to work with

Cons

Top management only cares about profit, short term project, they don't care how projects are done, and they don't understand business can be busy and can be less busy sometimes. No willingness to support employees and definitely no financial support on anything, but only looking at cost cutting.
