Pros

Interesting projects, mix of public and private sector in origin. Offices decent quality generally. Diverse staffing in age, background etc at least in London and usually good opportunities so socialise and network internally.

Cons

A lot of M&A activity so each year or more there is a new firm being integrated. Each time this happens a large number seem to then leave so ethos of the acquired firm not retained and turnover levels can be quite high.
