      - Promote knowledge development through continuous training

      Cons

      - Expectation are not clearly informed. - No work-life balance. - Work dateline are always very short resulting in high stress work environment - High blame culture. I.e. when an issue occurs, instead of analyzing the root cause, first instances is to find out whose fault is it. - No Human element, very regimental . i.e. Worked 7 days straight for 2 weeks. Request for 1 day off but was rejected as time off is not officially written in employee handbook.
