Middle Management is bad or the WSP structure messed up the geotechnical division. I was loyal employee to Golder and performing well - they may underpaid but so much benefits, bonus, career growth and technical experience you could learn from. Now, it becomes big and they treat you as a number/single resource. It depends on what you like - if you like cooperate benefits and fancy office - join WSP.

Too much focus on inclusion and diversity Too many upper level managers Obsessed with profits Uses its size and wealth to just buy competitors Company will win mega projects then flood it with under-qualified engineers because it doesn’t have the expertise to fulfill role requirements. Be prepared for endless Teams meetings, managers are obsessed with them to the point you’ll spend 20+ hours a week in meetings.
