I find WSP people outside of Mouchel/ WSP are very helpful and supportive. I would recommend if you want to work for WSP do so.

Cons

Would not recommend the Mouchel/WSP Northallerton office. Too many people abusing the system. Using the internet too much during working hours. Mobile phones used too much, nothing to do with work. Abusive behaviour with home working, not been monitored. Complaints to management not being followed through. Too much favouritism between some staff and management.
