Diverse place to work - all ages, cultures, levels of experience Regular internal communications, news and updates of the business Working from home option (ifapproved by line manager)

Cons

With sooo many specialist teams it can sometimes feel isolating if good communication is not upheld. Mangement and delivery of projects oftens get passed around internally at various staff levels. Very engineering focused.
