Pros

Reasonable immediate management and hours as junior consultants. Projects were meaningful with clear purpose and results. Able to travel across country and see variety of industrial sites. 15 days paid leave plus national holidays.

Cons

Work loads were uneven, either feast or famine. Unclear career progression as semi-expat.

Big name, job security and good projects. The offices are decent. pay reviews are carried out annually. Generally a flexible approach to employees.

Cons

Size of the organisation leaves you feeling like a very small cog in a very large machine. Bonuses are small.
