A lot of layoffs since it bought a lot of companies. Disorganized as they are still trying to figure out policies and procedures.

I have been with WSP Middle East Qatar for five years. Staff are very supportive and friendly.

Cons

We have to work over 10 hours per day in the office. The standard working hours in Qatar is 48hours per week.
