Fantastic line manager Very good systems in place for support Given a lot of responsibility and ownership quickly Varied training opportunities Team leader had a lot of time and trust for graduates.
Cons
Not much variety of work, often end up stuck on one project, or end up with a 'specialism' you can't shake Due to the merge the process for promotions and reviews was changed without training for line managers or info for employees. Very unclear. This may have changed. A lot of junior staff are often lumped with admin tasks such as formatting documents for senior staff with a lack of basic IT skills. PGN is great but often a way for senior management to get graduates to do extra work for no recognition or reward.
