      From a Young Structural Engineer's perspective

      Pros

      Good work platform for learning analyisis and design, as you come fresh out of school. Project teams are small and the project managers are super easy to be reached out and questioned. Horizontal hierarcy. Professional development is well observed. Company won't sponsor you for flying to a conference ( unless project related). Besides Lunch&Learn seminar ( once a month), there is an In-house technical forum (every week!)

      Cons

      Rare opportunities of job site visits . Few category of projects. Team project meetings don't happen frequently.
