Pros

Get to work with some great people and there are good projects to work on. Globally there is good connectivity with experts from around the world. The salary and benefits are good for a consultancy firm in the Middle East.

Cons

No company can keep doubling in size every few years and maintain continuity in quality of work and a productive stable working environment. Inability to win sufficient work due to the absence of locals in senior management. Very corporate and stifling work environment.

Pros

Smart people, great atmosphere, high-profile projects, extensive exposure to company leadership.

Cons

Management expectations are very high, poor work to life balance. You are only as good as your last day at this company. Accountability between project team members is skewed. Very little process within IT group. Resources over-allocated makes project planning difficult when everyone is always scrambling.

Pros

Great projects, motivated young staff who are willing to learn. Many opportunities for growth

Cons

Very poor work life balance resulting from gross mismanagement. Great discrepancies in pay between departments for staff with similar qualifications and experience. The above issues have resulted in more than a handful of resentful employees. Focus is far greater on the money from the project than development and growth of the employees. Money often drives the project to unexpected levels resulting in unrealistic deadlines
