      Pros

      Great work-life balance, fantastic opportunities to work in a range of different sectors, good IT support and clear company values. Great place to start your career in Engineering sector, great range of experience in staff.

      Cons

      Development can become static if not proactive. Lack of opportunity to progress upwards. Graduate programme questionable for those outside of main disciplines (e.g Structures).
