      Great co-workers, decent benefits, good experience

      Cons

      Pyramid management structure is designed to be cost effective, but when mid and senior engineers leave, there is a huge knowledge gap. Lots of young talent but not very much structure or technical supervision/support.

      Good atmosphere good people. Growing and potential to change roles or develop if you ask for it. Montreal head office.

      Cons

      Very disorganized. A lot of talk about programs and promoting people and new projects but not happening.
