Flexibility and work life balance are a key for my happiness and WSP has provided that in spades since I started. Clear lines of communication between upper management and the workforce. Ability to advance career unlike several of the other large Canadian "environment" companies. You are provided enough autonomy to make mistakes but enough technical support to ensure that clients don't suffer the consequences and you learn from them. WSP offers a competitive salary and a great working atmosphere. Integrity is an important component of my preferred work space and WSP has delivered in this regard. The personnel in the Saskatoon office are outstanding, regardless of discipline. A lot of young progressive thinkers.

Cons

Benefits are somewhat average to below average, however salary is competitive or superior. Matching RSP and share purchase plan is below average. Nothing that cannot be compensated for during your initial negotiation.
