Pros

Good salary with health insurance. International offices with potential for working overseas.

Cons

Internal senior management politics Technical units work as silos with limited interaction between similar skills teams based in different offices.

Pros

Broad range of projects to work in, plenty of travel, most of the projects are non-local, which gives great experience

Cons

A big company like this is very slow to adapt and keep up with modern advancements. Lots of red tape to get through to get anywhere. Upper management is full of older people stuck in their ways, and will try to help you advance. wages are on the lower side of average, benefits are slowly getting worse and worse.

Pros

Parsons Brickerhoff is a good company with national reach. You can see the immediate impact of the projects you work on.

Cons

The work can get very repetitive and the quality of your experience depends heavily on manager and work assigned
