due to lots of acquisitions, the first thing you can see in your 1st week is there no TEAM CULTURE and Integrity. Leaders and upper managers in our group are seeing people as their slave and no respect to human being. as a female you can see a lot of hidden mansplaining in place. despite all my resiliency, work on team culture and fighting back the hidden discrimination, finally I gave up.

Opportunities for interesting work. Some good mentors and nice people. Flexible schedule if you get lucky with your team.

Cons

Management only cares about how chargeable you are and don't make effort to help you find work. Cut throat work culture can become a snakepit, some people will try to take credit for your work or throw you under the bus to make themselves look good. No overtime premiums and no bonus for junior staff.
