Constant promises of pay rises and progression which are never fulfilled. Admin management are bullies . Cliquey environment among the staff. Admin team treated differently to the rest of the staff. expected to go above and beyond with no reward or benefits.

Not enough management... I know, let's add another level! And make stricter deadlines and work our already overworked staff harder and put hiring freezes in places. That's cool. I hope you pick up on the sarcasm that is intend with.
