Pros

The firm as a whole has a lot of potential and if the middle management can be changed to include more educated and experienced folks, it could work.

Cons

Good employees with potential are pushed out to protect less educated and folks from some legacy companies.

Pros

You Get A Check. You have an email address. You have a computer. You can leave the office. Hopefully you know people outside of the office.

Cons

You are not valued but will be overworked. The paid isnt competitive. There are a lot of office politics. This place will take a piece of your soul. I've never felt better until I left. I strongly recommend that you find a position that will be more rewarding.

Pros

Nothing that ant other company doesn’t already provide

Cons

I don’t understand this company. They don’t treat employees like people but like products. They continue to absolve their competition by buying them out while laying off existing employees. The room for overhead is slim and you have to find your own work. The budgets are always too tight and you don’t get compensated for overtime but are expected to tuen around deliverables in unrealistic timelines, so the assumption is work overtime for free just to meet your billability. We also don’t get paid sick live. There is a growing trend of employees across the board having nervous breaks - only then will they offer time off to avoid a law suit. They also constantly push managers to hire overseas in countries with less employer regulation like India to exploit as much labor as possible within their unrealistic budgets. They have no loyalty to any nation or to their own employees. This company is honestly a sick monopoly and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The employee retention speaks for itself.
