Nothing, nobody with any sort of moral compass remains at WSP.

Cons

Too many to list. Truly the worst company to work for. Many unethical business practices and over 7 levels of management means that lots of staff in redundant positions and doing shady things to keep a job while not adding any value (actually doing billable work or managing a team). Lots of people in management actually have terrible management skills and also lack technical competence. If you’re not in management you’re worked past the point of burnout. Everything the company says about diversity and inclusion, and maintaining work-life balance is all just buzzwords and not something that ever gets prioritized before billable hours.

Projects not managed well Managers with very little or no engineering knowledge Nepotism They want to be seen as diverse but they are actually diverse only in favour of specific employees they support. Low pay and no bonuses
