Pros

Some of the team try and help you but there are no systems or training or help.

Cons

No training and terribly mysogonistic. Awful experience. Lack of leadership. Leaders are silent and complicit. It has to stop.

Pros

with seemingly constant reorganization and high turnover, advancement opportunities are available.

Cons

WSP's growth by acquisition model is disruptive, especially to staff of acquired companies. The "new" Earth and Environment business seems to be in a constant state of flux including staff turnover and reorganization. Employees, particularly project management are allowed very little autonomy, with multiple layers of oversight and cumbersome systems.

Good benefits, flexible hours, nice people

Cons

Everything else. Too much work load, always training junior staff who end up leaving, always understaffed, ridiculous deadlines, poor advancement possibilities. No salary progression. Not even on par with inflation
