No culture, bad benefits, poor raises, bonuses are non-existent except for upper level management, only focus is on utilization, you are just a number at WSP.

Pros

Before acquiring other companies and moved to mailbox office, culture was different and better. Managers were more friendly and they were representing company’s culture at the best. Office facilities are the best in Birmingham.

Cons

Management represents the old boys club. The managers know how to manipulate their employees so they become their slaves and they don't care about their mental health. You will never listen a well-done for doing something, they always want more for you if you get the job done on time. They promote those who are loyal soldiers and they change the promotion criteria every month. No transparent procedures in place and if you challenge them they will put their manipulation hat on and convince you. I believe if you want a good company to work for and feel respectful you should avoid this company.

Leadership is lacking. Sr. management is totally disengaged and over the past 24 months has created chaos and total anxiety for staff. Their communication is non existant.
