Excellent technical and professional growth opportunities. Offices are full of great people that are not just coworkers but also spend time together outside the office.

Cons

The company is very reactive to client demands and staffing. A small portion of the workforce carries a significant portion of production. High performing individuals tend to have a very poor work/life balance. Company does a poor job of conveying vision to employees.
