Multi-discipline work on some large schemes. Gave me a good solid start to my career, unfortunately the environment diminished towards the end of my time there.

Cons

Good at talking 'values' but fails to deliver at staff level. IT is abysmal and conflicts with productiveness due to outsourcing IT Profit goes to share holders with minimum pay to staff delivering profit. Management have no awareness of their staff and are not visible.

Pros

An okay place to work a bit archaic in how it operates, but that is something that a lot of large firms suffer from and the industry (engineering) doesn't help

Cons

Management in the department could use a serious overhaul. A couple of the senior managers operate as yes men at times when standing up is the better option and solution, and have been caught at times engaging in what I would say is unacceptable behaviour (gossip, talking badly of others).
