Good benefits package relevant to a company of 8000+ emplolyees

Cons

IT being a cost center, every time WSP acquires a company, they fuse the IT of both companies. What happens is stupid, delirious, dangerous. Everything was centralized in Quebec city, then in Montreal, then in Toronto, then overseas to India. Trend? You bet! They just keep the low-paying Tech 1 and a few Tech 2 for fixing the printer, and knowing the local language.
