Typically the office is busy and has multiple projects going on at once. Projects are normally of a larger scale and not cookie cutter. Open office environment has its benefits at times. Primary software used is now is Revit.

Cons

Employees are often left feeling disposable and unappreciated. Yearly office cuts cause worry among many employees. The longer you're here the more PTO you will accrue. Health insurance has changed and not for the better. Yearly raises are below inflation increases.
