Pros

Bonuses IF anyone actually cares. There's "opportunity" if and only if you kiss up to the right managers who play favorites. If you are new and don't show potential, management doesn't care if you suck at your job.

Cons

No body cares to do their job properly. Managers do not know what they're doing. The pay sucks. No control of your schedule. Managers try to screw you out of your benefits.
