Pros

Hey it's a job. You meet some interesting people. Pretty well rounded place to learn different skills.

Cons

Customers are rude (not all). Managers pretend to care but really don't. Only hires part-time and little to no advancement to full-time unless you are friends with management. No benefits for part-time. Managers play a lot of favoritism. So if your not kissing butt you won't last. The pay bad but could be worse.

Pros

Straightforward interviewing process and screening...10% discount on non-food items after 3 months of being hired on as full time...An easy but physically demanding job...If you are a lazy type of person don't work here...Good benefits and I was fortunate to work with and for good management..If the opportunity presented itself, I would work for this company again

Cons

Physically demanding job..If you work here, you don't need a gym membership :) Also, as with any large company it attracts those, the "deadbeat" coworker, that only come to work to collect a paycheck with little or no effort put forth..Pay raises, across the board, are low.

Pros

I was there in the start so it was interesting and fun to set up the store and meet all new people, mostly kids in there 20's around my age. A lot of advancement opportunities at the start, but not much after. Pay was decent, $8.40 an hour when minimum was $7.25 and it was full time. Not much asked by the managers for the most part, pretty easy and simple job

Cons

boring, minimum benefits, management is a little slow at times, but over a good job for the start
