Pros

Easy enough job to get. Job tasks are easy to learn and simple. Working inventory means you have a consistent schedule. Opportunity to build good friendly relationships with coworkers. Management is generally kind and understanding, as long as you do your job as asked.

Cons

Maximum effort for minimum pay. Poor scheduling. High pressure environment. Fully computer based training (may be a pro for some).

Pros

Its a job and you earn some money.

Cons

Upper management does not care about promoting from within. Was with for 5 years, begging to be an Ast Mgr. Told me I knew too much.
