Pros

Not much. 10% discount is nice except it doesn't cover food or electronics. Honestly just stay away from this company.

Cons

Management never communicated their goals. If I had a shift where no managers in the grocery area, I had no idea what projects I was supposed to do. Managers never communicate with each other. One will ask you to do one thing then another will come up half an hour later and tell you to do something else. Questioning them on anything just pisses them off. All this time you have to deal with the interesting client base that shops Wal-mart.

Pros

You don't need to know anything to get the job. Plenty of lazy people make a career here. You'll have lots of time to stand around and do nothing if you so desire.

Cons

Lack of communication from management.
