Pros

A great employer for part time workers. Overall company direction is positive with exceptional growth and resiliency in a highly competitive economic sector.

Cons

Though the company has a great outlook for future growth, communication of overall company goals downward to mid and lower management is lacking. Management at the individual store level often loses sight of overall public perception within their served communities.

Pros

- High employee turnover means good chances of getting a job - Allows you to build good work ethic by seeing both excellent and bad employees - Plenty career opportunities for those who seek them

Cons

- Sometimes hectic - Mostly short staffed - Most people don't share the same workplace culture

Pros

Good people to work with

Cons

short staffed, tended to give people more jobs for the same pay. Not to much room for advancement. Terrible work/life balance. Management is trained to only point out an associates flaws and not to praise them when they do a job well.
