Pros

They are always hiring, Good bonuses, Decent hours

Cons

No benefits for part timers, schedule not very flexible. People complain about Walmart alot but you should really know what your getting into before you apply. You are not working at SAS or Google, so dont expect to have a great time. If you go in with the right mentality you will be fine, your there to work and make a living untll a better opportunity comes up.

Pros

Co-workers were great, local management was positive, overall it was an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Upper management is completely clueless on how to run stores on a local level, and on site managers have little power to make changes. Any decision on store policy had to be handed up the chain of command, it would make store manager, then disappear once it went off to corporate offices. Replies were sparse and unsatisfying.
