Pros

Gives you opportunity to learn how to run a business the right way. Exposes you to learn how to deal with the public. Lots of diverse on the jon training that can be transfferred anywhere.

Cons

Never enough help, never enough respect for those who deserve it and never able to hire quality applicants and fire bad apples fast enough. Seems like Wal-Mart is trying to make each store the same no matter what... a bad policy with good intentions is still a bad policy.
