Pros

The majority of the associates are nice and a pleasure to work along side. Most associates will help you when you have questions and are willing to assist when needed.

Cons

Management feels that they are better than the associates. They do not work with each, but rather try to undermine each other. It appears from an associates viewpoint that all the managers work for a different company than the associates. They are only concerned with their designated areas and do not care what another manager might have assigned to an associate. They feel that they can change the course of action because they are a manager. They do not praise anyone for a job well done, but criticize when something has not been completed.

Pros

Very flexible scheduling Pretty good pay for retail Two 15 minute breaks + 1 hour lunch on a full shift Ability to move around to many different departments Coworkers are cool, and you get a 10% discount card

Cons

You become a slave of the big blue machine Every department gets short-staffed A LOT Very stressful for sales associates, and any form of management I would try to stay away from this job if I were anyone, unless you're going to college or can't find anything else and are very desperate. I always ask myself why I'm still working here, and it gives me headaches just thinking about it

Pros

Its an ok starter job. The overall management of the company are idiots. Can you say micromanaged. Not a very great place I gave 12 years of my life to.

Cons

Pretty much the whole experience was a con it was my fault I stayed so I can only blame myself.
