Pros

An easy company to work with if you need reliable employment and a straight forward job description....

Cons

Expectations and Tasks Assigned from Micro-Management, Infrastructure, Oversite levels of Store Management often have direct and indirect 1st and 3rd party Conflicts of Interest!!! Which isn't that much of an issue until you come in the next day and realize how many little details you let slide without even thinking about it....

Pros

Friendly environment, good co-workers, freedom to move around and do as you please, good room for advancement, stable, well run organization.

Cons

Inadequacies in management, felt that I could do a better job operating departments than they could, more feedback on work and more responsibility would have been nice.
