Pros

10% discount card helps a little.

Cons

Job promotions pay and everything concerning employee benefits are not very good with Wal-Mart. It appears that if the employee is in the right click within the store, then that employee may be promoted. If the store manager does not want an employee advanced, then that employee will not be advance within that store, no matter how good that employee may be.
