Pros

Management was friendly and willing to come out and talk with the floor employees. If you put in the work and put up good numbers (fast cashier, returns etc.) then promotion opportunities were available.

Cons

meager wages and no benefits starting in the front end. only part time availability as well for front end.

Pros

It provided a steady paycheck, some of the coworkers were nice, I helped out a lot of people, and so on

Cons

Pay wasn't what I expected, management was... iffy, I had to work really long hours, other coworkers were not nice

Pros

I'm in college, and they've always been great about giving me days off during the week but not cutting my hours like crazy. It's a small store,so it is a laid-back environment compared to one of the Superstores.

Cons

No full-time (unless you've been there since the damned place opened almost 30 years ago) No overtime Inconsistent scheduling of front end workers (IE,on the busiest days of the week we might only have half the registers open, but when it's dead most of us up front are looking for stuff to do.)
