Pros

They pay you well for the most part. You meet a group of wonderful people and build a good rappor with them. It makes your job a lot easier. It all makes for good teamwork.

Cons

.The big downside is there scheduling. They say the computer does it but I thought computers were smarter than that. You would think a set schedule for the most part would help in having a life outside Walmart. You could schedule Doctor, dentist, eye appointments and whatever else is needed.M.S.'s are a problem because they seem to be on power trips. Think they could do a better job selecting them.
