Pros

The pay isn't too bad For a manager it does look good on your resume, if you can survive here you can survive anywhere Ability to move up isn't bad as long as they don't coach you for some bs and thus keep you from going anywhere.

Cons

They make big promises but deliver very little, quality of life sucks because yeah sure you work 3 days on and 3 days off but you have to go to work on your days off because they want the world from you and don't give you enough time to get it all done. The second any associate says a manager did something wrong the manager is in trouble, wether it's true or not.

Pros

pay is great, maybe the best in the industry. the benefits are also good as well. that is about it

Cons

long hours just like most retail outlets, hard to complete the jobs and take all of your time off. depth is waning in the lower levels of the company. changes are quite challenging.
