Pros

decent wages_ treatment relatively fair.. _ long lunches_ some of staff is well qualified_ staff is "encouraged" to great and respect eachother_ many safety precautions_

Cons

bias towards older employees for a higher hourly wage_ disrespect towards younger employees_ being the best at a job up for promotion doesn't mean you will get it_ the best qualified workers are greatly overworked, neglected and thus often upset_

Pros

bonuses, hours, benefits, the bonuses each year were very large compared with other companies. the hours wer all days mon thru fri

Cons

the biggest downside was that they hired upper management from ouytside instead of looking inside the company. this led to frustration
