Pros

Profit Sharing, Bonuses, communication. Friendly people, respect for the associate. You have the opportunity to move up at a fast rate if you put your all in to your job.

Cons

Management could follow procedures better, work better as a team. Accoutability is not very good, too much of the good old boy additude.

Pros

I have been fortunate to have a great career with Wal-Mart. I have been promoted through the management ranks pretty quickly due to my education, experience, and work ethic.

Cons

Our store is very busy and we are being forced to cut back on our payroll. We are trying to hold everything together in the stores but it is getting tougher.
