Pros

Compensation and bonus structure is unmatched by any competitor.

Cons

Poor quality of life. Company is making strides to improve however store management is pressured to ignore new management schedules and work virtually 24/7. The company is leaning out store payroll. Management is having to run its SuperCenters with very few associates. The new structure works in small to mediums size Super Centers but not large volume SuperCenters causing store conditions, customer service, and in stock to suffer

Pros

The work is very easy to do. Have the ability to have face to face contact w/customers is always a plus.

Cons

Not enough qualified managers. Need to hire managers internal instead of external. Too long to move up in the company.
