Pros

easy to get time off for personal reasons. Good opportunity for advancement. Not too physically demanding even though that wouldn't bother me.

Cons

No support to get your job done. Pay is considerably lower than comparable jobs. starting to have to do the same job with less people.

Pros

Great job as long as you're willing to work on your own and forego breaks to get everything baked.

Cons

Working by yourself. Normally no breaks. Way too much work to expect one person to do.

Pros

Stable company with room for growth and strong bonus program when facility hits it's numbers. Relocation to wherever you could possibly want to live.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations with regard to staffing needs vs. work load. Limited training when new processes are rolled out with expectation of "owning" the new process. Sometimes you feel the only answer acceptable is "yes, we can do it".
