Pros

walmart is a strong company and is not going to go belly up anytime soon. I am very satisfied with my job and feel secure with my job.

Cons

The worst part about my job is the number of hours that i put in and the number of rude customers that I have to be polite too.

Pros

I believe the best job is an sales associate. Life is more under your control. And most feed back is positive.

Cons

Don't become part of the management team. Unless, you are unforgiving and you a can work as your whole team as one. If you get any feed back it is usually not good and does not stop
