Pros

There were really very few pros to working at Walmart. The employee discount was ok but did not make up for the annoyance of working for Walmart.

Cons

Everyone was constantly making encouraging remarks about the stock program at Walmart. We were also told to look out for possible union formation. Just an odd place to work.

Pros

Stable; 10% discount on purchases; 15% immediate return on stock purchase.

Cons

Favoritism; indoctrination; Home Office 'knows all'; managers secretively refuse to help others who want to advance to their job title.

Very long hours, being called into work on day off, work most holidays, always a crisis to be delt with at the management level.
