Pros

employee discount, working flexible hours, working with the public, personal time, vacation time and sick time, friendly associates, good experience

Cons

health benefits, low pay, working with the public, temporary positions, not enough hours to support yourself, trying to cover several areas in the store at the same time.

Pros

It's fun to play hide and seek, and catch the thieves in the end. You can wear what you want, sometimes set your own hours.

Cons

Some store managers are not cool. You have to always keep your cover...even to employees.

Pros

If you can make it to a management position the pay is fairly decent. The people are friendly as well.

Cons

One of the downsides of working at wal-mart would have to be that they treat all employees as if they are in elementary school.
