Pros

Wal mart has a variety of benefits and they are pretty laid back when it comes to asking for time off. The work really isn't that hard either.

Cons

WaL mart has alot of managers and you will sometimes get conflicting instructions from several of them.

Pros

Lots of hours are available, pay is not too bad and comparable to other retailers, and it is easy work.

Cons

Where to begin... -You are treated like the dirt on bottom of someone's shoes... -The 3 so-called pillars (respect for the individual, etc) never really appear -My manager rolls her eyes at associates -Not flexible with working with school schedules, etc. -Supervisors are on HUGE powertrips
