Pros

- Truly takes their mission to heart and is customer-centric. The focus is always on trying to help her, the customer, "Save money. Live better" - One of their key values is 'Respect for the individual' - Good work-life balance - Competitive pay

Cons

- Health care and benefits are little more limited compared to other large tech companies in Silicon Valley (but really not that bad) - Would expect that org direction and structures changes every 12-18 months

Pros

Probably the only pro for hourly employees is you get a flexible schedule. If you go to school and need a job to pay bills, this can be an option. Employee discount of 10% is meh.

Cons

you are not paid enough. people are micro managed Unispiring co-workers who can barely speak proper english and want to work here for the rest of their lives
