Pros

stability, discounts, good coworkers,no fear of layoffs, this company could be one of the greats if it would treat it's labor better

Cons

you always know you can be replaced, and the company is not willing to pay anymore than it has to. the bottom line is always the most important

Pros

Job security, a challenging career, and a fast and dynamic place to work for. The information system division is a great place to work for a first job. You are exposed to a large amount work in a very short period of time... This is great as far as building your experience. You can have different career path without having to leave the division . The company cultural is great. Everyone is so friendly!

Cons

The hours are long. You have to work a minimal of 45 hrs a week. The corporate training could be better. No clearly defined roles . Everyone does the same job type... just on different levels.
