Pros

If you are in the lowest positions, they have a protocol to approach to you and they have to follow it; also there are well difined procedures at this positions

Cons

The salary is very low. The way they handle things to not to lose money is somewhat suspicious. I had to pay a big quantity of money that was stolen, but they didn't let me ask any questions to defend me, they were very intimidating and my impression is that it was stolen by my boss and the manager handled things in order to protect her.
